The bottle I ordered is not in stock, when will it be in stock?

We are constantly ensuring stock is available. So long we can still source the bottle we will have it for sale, sometimes we sell out and we endeavour to have it in stock within 3-5 working days. We will keep in touch with you so you know when to expect it.

If something is listed as ‘discontinued’, this means we don’t expect it back in stock. We keep these pages listed so that you can see our bottling notes and all the customer reviews.

Delivery, when can I expect my bottles?

We try and dispatch as quickly as possible, however from experience, some carriers we use, have different criteria on delivery address or destination. Sometimes, it is we have run out of stock and await next batch and sometimes it is next day where it states, so long as we get it by the cut-off time. Most orders will be fulfilled with 3-4 working days.

Can I track my Order?

Yes most of this information will be in your account when you login and/or sent by email.

What is your returns policy?

We want to ensure that you like your product, we are very experienced and friendly and understand that you may wish to change or refund a bottle.

So long as it is returned to us. In an unopened, undamaged condition within 14 days we will accept it.

What Currency do I get charged in?

We charge in GBP. Please use a currency convertor and please bear in mind exchange rates are constantly changing, so triple check before purchasing.

Where do you ship from?

We are a Scottish company and all orders are sent from our fulfilment centre in Glasgow.

Can I send a gift to a different address?

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery destination.
We also offer free delivery and free worldwide delivery on certain bottles; if this is applicable, we’ll clearly detail it on the product page next to the picture of the bottle.
Charges for delivery outside of the UK are often determined by the weight of the order; if you go to the cart it will automatically work out all of the pricing for you before you go a step further

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?

In the event your parcel is lost we will liaise with our couriers to ensure we resolve the matter. If it is clear your package is damaged please return it to the courier and do not accept it. However this sometimes will not be evident until the package is opened. If this is the case please contact us, and DO NOT dispose of the packaging or products before speaking to us in the first instance.

Do you charge VAT on all orders?

We don’t charge VAT on orders outside the EU. However please note that depending on your order and country the parcel is being sent to, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties. We wont accept liability for these charges.

Customs charges, how much?

If you are ordering outside of the EU, our products are likely to be subject to Customs duty and taxes. The relevant authorities will contact you about these charges prior to release.
