Created by Simon Fairclough after joining the Gin Club Scotland for a UK tour with over 100 gins, Persie Gin is designed to create “a perfect interplay of aroma and taste”. As 3/4 of our taste is directed by smell, the gin is crafted to stimulate the olfactory senses to fully present the flavour of the gin. As the name suggests, the Herby Gin is a savoury herb garden of Bay and Rosmary oil that works wonderfully in a Bloody Mary.
Fragrant herb gardens with bay trees, rosemary and basil. Savoury with gentle spices, and a rich, olive oil mouthfeel. We like this best when you keep it simple: on the rocks. Or, if you’re feeling foodie, try a Bloody Herby with a little tomato juice, sherry and a drop of Tabasco.
